Refund Policy

At Deb, your satisfaction is our priority. All orders are covered under our 'Deb Assured' guarantee, offering you a hassle-free return experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We offer free returns with no additional charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The product must also include the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, refunds will not be processed for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations. Refunds apply to original purchases only and are not available for exchanged items.

Once your return is accepted, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return through the above link will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for size or design preferences. If you face size issues, you can return the item and place a new order for faster service.
If your product arrives damaged, we will consider an exchange subject to stock availability.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. For COD orders, we may request your bank details for the refund process.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.


Offers & Non-Returnable Items

In cases where a specific promotion or offer mentions "No Returns", returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the purchased item is part of an offer or promotional deal — such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 3 Get 1, or any other discounted bundle offer — returns will not be accepted. However, exchanges may be processed in accordance with our exchange policy, and refunds may be issued only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or fails quality inspection.
