Refund Policy
At Deb, your satisfaction is our priority. That's why all orders are covered under our 'Deb Assured' guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We offer free returns with no additional charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the product must include the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, refunds will not be granted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations. Refunds apply to original purchases only, and are not available for exchanged items.
To initiate a return, please click here. If your return is accepted, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly evaluate the situation and resolve it.
Exchanges
We no longer offer exchanges for size or design preferences. If you encounter size issues, you may return the item and place a new order for quicker service. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will consider an exchange based on the availability of stock.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method. For COD orders, we may request your bank details for processing. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
Offers & Non-Returnable Items
In cases where a specific promotion or offer mentions "No Returns," returns will not be accepted.
